Presentation is the key in this case

  As a writer you have to know that the plot is very important but the language must be on the appropriate height too. It is quite obvious that you have to learn a lot until you'll be able to present your creation to the English speaking audience. If you are quite confident in the plot of your stories I would recommend to find someone, probably a freelancer, whose native language is English and work with him until the presentation part is polished. Then, I know there are many agencies where you can submit your writing and if they like it they'll promote it. That, probably, would be the fastest way. Otherwise it is a long learning, getting to know right people and doing everything yourself. Anyway I wish you a good luck.
