Start Small

Hi ROboy, I am a young writer too.

If agencies are not interested in your work, that doesn't mean it's bad. Those agencies are just swamped with too many proposals. Realize that in careers where the barrier to entry is low, such as in writing, there is a lot of competition at the bottom. You already need a reputation to just get noticed by others.

I suggest you start small and build your reputation by working with people filming low-budget movies in your city/country. Then, after you have a portfolio of those small projects, you will have opportunities to move on to bigger ones. It will take a long time, but if you think you've got talent and it's a worthwhile pursuit - go for it!
