Doorbell for people who are both deaf and blind

    Doorbells for the deaf have been already invented. They usually have a light that flashes brightly instead of playing a tune.
    What about deaf people who are blind as well... I suggest creating a device which, when activated, uses the only reliable sense left - other than smell and taste - touch. For ex., there can be a vibrating motor in the person's pocket.
