Compact Work Platform

  My idea is a mini version of scissors-lift work platforms that construction and maintenance people use to work up high. The difference is that it of fixed height. It could be about 3 feet by 2.5 feet by about 2 feet high with 2 integrated steps to get up to working height which by the way should have a guard rail at least on three sides. Of course it is on wheels to make it easy to move but the wheels must be easily locked for safety. Collapsibility for storage would be an asset. Great for painting near the ceiling, changing light bulbs, etc.
