Automated Roof Compartment Storage

  To incorporate a roof storage in car design. This storage can be made available by a push of a button. It will utilize some series of motors (similar to sunroof motor) that will move the roof and provide some space between the outer roof and inner roof part for the storage compartment. The final shape will still maintain the vehicle aerodynamic shape. When not in use, the roof shall be lowered to the original shape in order to prevent unnecessary extra fuel consumption due to wind resistance created by the vehicle. This type of storage compartment is suitable for 7-seater MPV/SUV with a very limited cargo capacity.
