Mobile phones for hearing-impaired people

    My idea is to create a mobile device which can be used by deaf and hearing-impaired people.
    I suggest creating a tool which would be integrated to any high-end mobile phone with a video camera. The tool would be based on motion detection technology, i.e. it would be possible to identify American Sign Language (ASL) and transmit video images over cell networks in the US.
