No more hurricanes

  Even though I don't like the idea of tornado on demand or rain on demand, but here is one --> There are extinguishers and suppressants for forest fires, how about we invent some chemical - something that can be sprayed on top of a hurricane or depression that does not let it gain enough strength, or kinda breaks it down or disperses the clouds... or something like that.
