Face identification software

    Why not create software to scan videos of crime scenes and identify frequently reoccurring faces? This will help with the identification of individuals who may know something about the crime.
    The software will work from any video stream, including cell phone video. It could also be used to count the number of times an individual shows in a particular location, and mark that person as a possible person of interest if they appear more than a certain number of times.
