Hand folded sheet metal bicycle

    A new bicycle made out of folded sheet metal will be stronger, lighter, and cheaper to produce than the conventional bike frame, and it will be folded by hand.
    The bicycle frame will be based on a patented system, which will include a method of cutting perforations into pieces of sheet metal and will allow the metal to be folded by hand. The folded sheets will then be riveted or glued together to from the desired object.
