How to get my writing read by producers or production companies?

I am a young writer from Europe.I have a great talent:I can visualize in my mind a ordinary situation and then around it I can develop a hole story;in less then one hour i can write a 30 minutes sketch.So I work for a while in my country but with no result becouse nobody sustains young people to have results,there aren't any programmes for this kind of situation.So i decided to try overseas but it's hard becouse I don't know very good this field.I really would like to here some opinions and maybe some answers.I want to clear a fact:I don't want to became a millionaire from writing,I just want to see that my talent is not in vain,and see a movie produce from my script.
