How to treat frostbites

    If you find a frostbite, do not panic. Rub affected area thoroughly and gently with a mitten.
    Try to get into a warm room as quickly as possible.
    Do not try to warm the frostbitten area with hot water. You can use only water with a temperature of no more than 107 °F.
    If frostbitten area starts to hurt, do not be shy and see a doctor!
