  Association Sales business.

  Business Overview

Business associations and clubs all have one thing in common. They all require members in order to generate revenue. Acting as an independent business association sale consultant is an extremely low-cost businesses start-up that can allow you the opportunity to capitalize on your sales abilities. There are literally hundreds of different associations you can contract your sales services to including boards of trade, chambers of commerce, tourist associations, and networking clubs. Your income will be earned by a commission charged each time you sign a new member into one of the associations that you are representing. A good formula is to charge a 30 percent commission on the first year's membership dues and a 10 percent commission for every year thereafter, providing the member remains active in the association. This billing formula gives you both a real and an annual residual earnings base.
