The idea is to develop a new wireless braking system for bicycles.
The system will consist of a pressure sensor and a sending unit mounted to the handlebar. Squeezing the handlebar grip will activate the sensor, which will send a wireless signal that will be relayed to the actuator, activating the disc brake. The brakes will grip more firmly the harder the sensor grip is squeezed.
