    Red wine has been proved to have certain medicinal properties as an active anticoagulant. Actually this fact was known in the ancient times. "Heart wine" was popular in medicine of that time. Below is the recipe for wine which helps to prevent and treat heart diseases.

    Add 10 sprigs of parsley with leaves and 1-2 tbsp. of wine or apple vinegar to a liter of wine. Boil these for 10 minutes in a high saucepan on low flame. Then add 300g of honey, boil these for 4 minutes and immediately filter. When the wine cools pour it into bottles. It is recommended to take 2-3 tbsp. of this wine everyday 20-30 minutes after eating.
