A quick clean-up in places where a shower isn't available (office...airport...mall...etc.) A hose/scrubber/soaper much like a carpet shampoo machine but for the body. It releases soapy water, scrubs, then clean water, then sucks up the moisture without the aid of a shower or drain, a bathroom stall would be sufficient.
