A waist-worn cable system will help activate the upper body. The device will be based upon the waist packs used by many runners and walkers. A pair of spring-activated cables will be built into the belt of the pack, which will then be grasped by the wearer and will give added resistance to help exercise the arms. The device will be compact and can be used inside and on treadmills. It can also be used during workouts that don't necessarily involve walking, and 12 exercises...

This fertility monitoring system is such a great invention. It gives couples an easy way to know when peak fertility occurs, making it easier to plan for pregnancy. A sensor in the woman's arm monitors body temperature to within a thousandth of a degree, and gives a 99 percent ovulation time accuracy; this data is transmitted to a digital reader. Just imagine, with such a system it is possible to plan a romantic evening up to six days in advance.
