With help from a new device and its accompanying app, gardeners will be able to grow healthy plants. Sensors will track sunlight, humidity, temperature and fertilizer levels. When paired with the application for iOS, the device will send data via Bluetooth to notify the gardener about the plant's changing needs. The application will be programmed with information about the requirements of thousands of different plants, which will allow it to respond specifically to each plant's...

The electric lawnmower will cut the grass while you relax, and will even know to avoid the flowers. The lawnmower will be able to mow almost 20,000 square feet on one battery charge, returning automatically to its charging station when its power is low. It will navigate by use of a boundary wire installed at the edges of the garden or flowerbeds and will back away from obstacles on the lawn, such as trees or plant containers.

I have the idea which could help to increase crop yield by 10-20 percent. Why not develop a liquid foam shading system that mimics cloud cover? Such a system will make it possible to automatically shade greenhouses. This foam will filter the sunlight (i.e. will reduce solar radiation and control temperature) while still providing the plants with the light needed for photosynthesis. There also will be sensors to monitor the conditions within the greenhouse.

My idea is to combine a lawn mower with a sprayer. There should be a gallon tank at the front or side of mower with a pump to spray fertilizer, bug spray, water, etc. while you're mowing the lawn.

Do you still use rake to pick up leaves in your yard? I suggest a new idea how to make your yard clean easily. What about a vacuum with a bag attached which you can place on your back? It could look like an industrial blower but it would pick the leaves up instead of blow them away. It could have either electrical or gas engine. Such a vacuum will definitely save time and make the yard work a little easier.

There are plants which are highly preferred in Feng Shui: * Plants of rounded form; * Plants of rounded form with rounded and thick leaves; * Plants with flowers of bright colors and large size; * All sorts of lianas and vine. Lush forms or bright colors of the plant define its power, presence of positive energy that can provide your home with force. Plants with thick and lush rounded leaves (mainly succulents) attract wealth to the house....

WHILE I WAS CUTTING GRASS I THOUGHT THAT SINCE YOU HAVE TO COVER EVERY INCH OF LAWN, THERE SHOULD BE A GALLON TANK ON FRONT OR SIDE OF MOWER WITH A PUMP RUNNING OFF OF THE SHAFT TO SPRAY WHATEVER. YOU COULD SPRAY FERTILIZER, BUG SPRAY, OR EVEN JUST WATER, WHILE YOU'RE MOWING THE LAWN.

Having slipped down the stairs (more than once in my life) while shoveling snow, it occured to me that a snow blower the size of a swiffer or shop vac would be most handy. A light weight snow blower that cleans the stairs without bending and scraping and heaving heavy loads of snow from dangerous stairs.

There's a growing trend for people to steal refuse bins so why not use an alarm that sounds when the bin is taken more than 20 metres from your gate (or whatever). Or for wheelie bins a brake that stops them from being wheeled away.
