Why not build a house that uses ground and snow as isolation? The house could have 3 sloped sides going to ground level and there if it is helpful could be roof covered air pockets between underground wall and ground. One side would be mostly glass. The idea is to have laser sensors at the entrance of the house or restraurant which are not harmful to humans. So by putting it in the entrance when the laser hits the insects, it dies.
