My idea is to create a mobile application integrated with a database of public lavatories within a city/country/state/etc. After you define your location the application will return the list of the nearest lavatories. It seems to be very convenient. By the way, the database should be updated on a daily basis.

The idea is to create a fingerprint scanner able to tell the difference between living and dead tissue, preventing the use of a severed digit being used to foil fingerprint scanning devices. Fingerprint scanner able to identify dead tissue The scanner will work by reading the difference in the amount of light absorbed by living tissue versus dead tissue. The idea is to develop a Bluetooth communications system for bicyclists which will make coordinating on the trail much easier. The device will be made up of an arm mounted voice module and a control module that will mount on the wrist or handlebar. The earphones and microphone will be hard wired into the voice module, and the bikers will communicate by speaking into the helmet mounted ear pieces.

Police may soon be able to use a new automated graffiti identification software to help them keep tabs on gang territory and drug deals. The system will be able to compare photos of graffiti to identify which gang, and sometimes even which individual, created it. Identification will be based up on constant key points in the design and will use crowdsourcing to help decipher unintelligible text. An accuracy rate is supposed to be about 65 percent and higher.

A new solar powered communications module lets snow sports enthusiasts power their gadgets with the sun and control them with a Bluetooth enabled glove. The module includes speakers integrated into the helmet, a microphone in the chin strap, and a Bluetooth unit for sending and receiving data. To create the built in, curved solar panel solar cells are divided into small chips, allowing the cells to be spread over the arching surface and reducing chances of damage from stress. ...

The iTapemeasure adds yet another level of functionality to the iPhone, transforming it into a digital tape measure. The iTapemeasure is made up of an aluminum case with an integrated 4.9 foot tape measure that communicates with the phone to provide a digital readout. The 'Hold' button allows things longer than the tape to be measured, and the system will also overlay the measurement information on top of an iPhone photograph of the object.

I travel a lot and often use my digital camera to take pictures of landmarks and the landscape. All the pictures are time stamped to tell me when they are taken but there is no information on where they are taken. I think that building GPS system into cameras could be cool. This will help to store the location, direction and possibly the pitch and also will add more life to the pictures. By the way, it may be possible to create a 3D map using this technique in future.

Isn't it great to have a temporary refuge that allows visitors to enjoy the wilderness while preserving the pristine environment? The self-supporting solar powered cabin will designed to be transported by helicopter to the desired area and set up on pipe piers, with minimal impact to the site. The water will be delivered by snow melted by the solar system; appliances will be powered by the solar electric system. There will be a supply of bioethanol available for emergency needs,...

I think we should make a touch screencomputer. It would be thin, a different style, with a touch screen mouse and keyboard. The keyboard will still have the letters on the keys. All you would have to do is touch it. Also the screen would also be touch screen.

The smart watch can be tethered to a mobile phone, allowing the user to check texts and emails directly on the watch face. The smart watch is completely customizable and can connect wirelessly to send and receive data to and from smartphones, as well as computers and laptops. Messages are displayed on the 1.3" full color OLED display, and the watch uses a flash memory for image and notification storage. Battery life is as long as 3 days, although with a constant Bluetooth...
