Typically, one serving is about one teaspoon, although it varies from individual to individual. Each serving has about 5 to 7 calories. Sperm is mostly water, but among the minority ingredients are protein (about 1% of the serving), fructose, ascorbic acid, citric acid, enzymes, phosphate and bicarbonate buffers and zinc.
