I need a drivable car!

Does anybody know where i can buy a very cheap car? In the suburbs of philadelphia area ill even meet in philly but that's really my limit.. money wise in the hundreds preferable the low hundreds but we can work something out I just need it to drive back to my house then to my friends shop..something that's no paper work,CASH ONLY..i need a deal that would make both parties happy:-)
