Is there a way to talk to/meet a celebrity over the internet?

Ok so I'm 12 (almost 13) and I have recently developed a crush on a celebrity my age, and I really want to meet him. The problem is that there is no way I can go to Hollywood or where ever he is (I live in Oklahoma) because of my parents. I know there is Twitter and Tumblr and all of that, but I'm sure a thousand other people are trying that, so my question is: is there a way to talk to/meet a celebrity over the internet? If someone knows can you please tell me?

  I don't want to give you a false hope. What you are asking can be close to impossible, however if you are serious about your target you can try something. There is very little chance that you'll be noticed sending e-mails or twitting or messaging to facebook or anything of that kind. There are hundreds of people like you. It's physically impossible to read all that "white noise".
