Check the ink cartridge

  If the color balance is setup correctly and the picture looks fine on the screen you better check the ink cartridge. The ink cartridges consist of 3, 6 or even more colors. There is a chance that at least one of them is depleted or nearly depleted that will bias the color balance to the opposite side.
