My idea is to develop a device that will keep track of every bite you take, and sound an alarm when you are nearing the danger zone of overeating.
The device will be worn on the wrist and will track the wrist roll motion people use when they pick up food and put it in their mouth. It will be possible to set the device for custom bite limits for each meal or for the entire day. Calories consumed will be calculated using a formula similar to those used in exercise equipment to estimate calories burned.
