The idea is to create vibrating belts which will make it possible for soldiers to follow directions and find their way through the darkness. The belt will contain eight mini actuators that will represent the eight cardinal directions. I wish we had a single web site with primary goal to help homeless people. The site would contain the full list of organizations helping such people, products and other stuff required to be donated. They could even have volunteers to come to your house and take things you wanted to donate. This would definitely make it easier for other people to contribute to charity as the majority simply didn't know where to go / what to donate / who to contact and so on.

My idea is to involve homeless people in city sightseeing tours. Who knows the city and its places to visit better than homeless people do? This seems to be beneficial for both tourists and homeless people: the first can learn interesting facts about the places they visit; the second receive an opportunity to earn a little money and communicate with people.
