If you need to bend a pipe fill it with dry sand and seal up the edges carefully to prevent sand from spilling. Then begin to bend the pipe. The steps above help to get any pipe bends and not to flatten the pipe in the place of bending. Thick-walled pipes are more difficult to be bent. To make the process easier you should heat the place of bending. Put on protective gloves, otherwise you can burn your hands.

Do you know what to do if an old, rusty nut does not turn? Firstly, you should try to move the nut turning it clockwise and anticlockwise. Secondly, you should tap at the nut sides with a hammer. Thirdly, drop some kerosene or liquid oil on the thread and let the lubrication to get inside. Then try the first and the second advices again. Fourthly, if the advices above do not help, make the spanner longer (see attached picture). But remember that the long...

If you do not close the tin tightly, a thick layer of dry film appears on the paint surface or even all the paint hardens. To prevent this you should close the tin as tightly as possible. Then turn the tin upside down, leave it in that position for a moment and turns back. During this time, the paint will fill all the air gaps and provide a complete sealing.

I've already posted the idea with several simple press designs. They are all easy to be created but have one main disadvantage: they can be used only with flat materials such as books. But what are you supposed to do if you have to stick a piece of plywood on a curved surface? I suggest you using a simple bag of sand as a press. And also do not forget to put a paper insert between the plywood and a bag.

In order not to litter while drilling holes in the wall take a piece of paper and attach its upper edge below the future hole with a duct tape or a plaster. Fasten the bottom corners as shown in the attached picture. All trash during drilling will be collected in the bag. You should only take away the bag after the drilling is finished. You need to be extremely careful while attaching the bag to the wall as it can fall and all the trash can scatter all over the floor.

This sensor "looks" for anything inside the oven before heating. For example, when you go to preheat your oven the sensors automatically detect any object in there and will beep at you and also indicate it on the screen. I don't know about you, but I have put something in the oven that was not meant to be there and next time I went to heat it, not realizing the thing is still in there, and moments later I smelled a burning smell and then opened the oven only to find the object burned for...

1. Remember those "mood rings"? They interpreted your mood based on your temperature. I'd like to see a faucet that contains a simple system for relaying the temperature of the water to the user. The water nearest to the end of the faucet is all that matters here..I've noticed my son is in the habit of touching the stem of the faucet before washing his hands in order to tell the temperature of the water, and to avoid burning himself. How about a visual representation? 2. I'd like to see a...

A 2' level with a stud finder in the top/bottom center (built in) and at the opposite end would be the electrical tester that slides out of the level. I have built and installed cabinets for a long time and it would be very handy to have on an install or just to have around the home.
