Do you change your wallpaper every month or so? Are you tired of the same old boring wallpaper designs on your wall? Changing the wallpaper can be really hard too. The digital wallpaper could change that. it would be digital paper or some kind of very thin screen that would fit on your walls. A small computer box that would also be on the wall would be able to download any image or pattern you want and put it on the digital paper or screen so you could change wallpaper every day if you...

The bladeless ceiling fan creates an indoor breeze that's smoother and quieter--and safer for cats. The fan features a stack of spinning discs that take advantage of the science of laminar flow to move air throughout the room. The air is directed around the room in a 360° horizontal flow, moving with a smooth, uninterrupted stream and mixing the air in the room to eliminate hot or cold spots.

People in sunny countries living on top floors with sun blazing their roof experience harshness of summer all their lives. If the top floor roof is made of two slabs i.e. one cheaper and another stronger (for terrace) on top of it with no walls between them for air circulation, then those people will live a cooler life. This idea can be used by builders for selling their top floors at proper rates.

I have heard stories of people, and even worse little children getting there fingers stuck in the door way. What we need are doors that are pinch free. Some sort of retractable mechanisms on the edges of doorways to prevent serious injuries that are caused everyday.

Have you ever dealed with hanging picture frames on the walls? I bet you have. You need to do your measurments, make sure it is straight and then screw a hole in the wall to hang the frame. How about creating picture frames with magnets at the back that can be attached to the wall without any hassle? When you want to take them off the wall, you will have no scars on the wall. But we need a specific wall paper that has fine lines of iron in it. I think it is a great idea for builders which...

Being a teacher, I find that my classroom is too crowded with lab tables to maneuver (16 lab tables for 32 students). I think I should be able to make use of the vertical room space with bunk desks. We could seat belt the students in up top.

Microprocessor controlled valving to adjust gas volume to slow the descent of a person forced to jump from a highrise building. This device could also be used to lift survivors just above frigid or shark infested waters until rescue arrives.

The Aeroball concept takes air-purifying devices to a new level, filtering the air in the home with small glowing balls that float around the room. The Aeroballs float around the room using helium, where they filter and add fragrance to the air in the room and sink to the ground when they need re-charging. The balls also absorb light during the day, allowing them to create a soft illumination at night that adds to the over-all sensory experience.

There's this big fat wall sitting in front of my kitchen window (it's probably the same wall you have in front of your toilet window, or someone else can see from his sleeping room window). "My" wall is only a couple of feet away from the kitchen window, but it's far enough so I can't touch it when I lean out of the window (and I wouldn't want to try it as Im living on the fourth floor). Still the wall really looks like I should make some cool use of it. If the wall was made of steel,...
