When you think of suntan lotion what do you think of? I think of the smell of the lotion. I think more people would wear suntan lotion on a daily basis if it was combined with their favourite cologne or perfume. This way you can go to work or the beach with a hint of cologne instead of smelling like you are suntanning. I think this idea could help sell more sun protecting lotion and save money by not needing to buy expensive cologne, or perfume.

This may be possible with some styles of personal organiser already but I haven't come across it. Towards the end of the year I find myself carrying around two diaries as I book appointments ahead. There is also a major task filling in those important dates, such as birthdays. If only we could buy a month at a time so we could "top up" as we go - in effect, a rolling diary.

Much like the fabric softener bar that BOUNCE created to stick to the inside of your dryer. This will also stick to the inside of your dryer, but for the sole purpose of getting rid of pesky pet hair without the hassle of rewashing and drying. Instead of it being in bar form, it would come in sheet form and attract the hair like the swiffer duster attracts dirt and must also be able to work for the washer as well.

I like to put blonde streaks in my hair, rather than pay alot to sit in a salon. However, sometimes I get carried away with the blonde ending up in the odd large patch instead of scattered and "sun-kissed". On occassion I have actually used a permanent marker in brown to feather the streaks. Alas, the next time I wash my hair, the brown marker washes out. To go to the trouble of making up a dye preparation with all of the mess and fuss, is so annoying, so I want someone to put the dye in a...

The technology has been around for thousands of years and is simple in construction. Every year the United States experiences droughts in various parts of the country and severe flooding in other areas. I propose that a series of water pipelines be constructed all over the US. As an example in the midwest, this year flooding is causing billions of dollars in property and crop damages. If a series of catch basins were established up and down the Mississippi and Missouri rivers and then...

Do you ever get tired of those messy tacos where everything falls out of it as you eat it? My idea is to close one end of the taco, so that when you eat it, the sauce and meat doesn't drip all over your hand. When you work your way down to the end of it, stop eating and throw the end away with all the grease and juices in it.

We've invented vacuums for dirt on the ground, why not for our air? We have the technology to compress oxygen, why not our pollution? I doubt there is any use for the brown cloud of dirt that lingers on top of cities, so my idea is to suck it up like you would oxygen and either store the containers some where, or launch them into space on the next expedition. As another, very expensive and expansive idea, we can create a huge (I don't use that word lightly) funnel-like tube, resistant...

What about books made of plastic ex. (PE) sheets, from which the plastic bags are made of. The cover of the book can be made of hard plastic and the pages weaker plastic sheets. In this case, you will be able to read your favourite book wherever you want. In the pool, in the rain, etc. Pages won't tear as easily as paper. You will be able to keep and store your books for a long time in any place without the fear that they will be eaten by any creature or that it would get damaged at a...

A solar/battery powered buoy placed in ocean swimming areas. The bouy will emit loud high piched frequency under water, like the sound a dolphin would make. This would scare away fish that attract sharks and the sharks themselves.
