My idea is to create a mobile device which can be used by deaf and hearing-impaired people. I suggest creating a tool which would be integrated to any high-end mobile phone with a video camera. The tool would be based on motion detection technology, i.e. it would be possible to identify American Sign Language (ASL) and transmit video images over cell networks in the US.

Most endoscopes are costly and need to be sanitized after every use. My idea is to create a new endoscope which will consist of a complete video camera of only one cubic millimeter in size.
