My idea is to attach some small device to a car antenna. In case you forget where you've parked your car, you press a button on your keychain and this device starts blinking brightly so that you can locate the car quickly and easily.

I've had this idea for a long time... Ever been frustrated by rude, obnoxious, inattentive, or just plain scary people on the road? To the point you actually wish there was a cop nearby messing with the flow of traffic, just to stop this driver, and save the rest of us? I have the solution! Everyone should be armed with a paintball gun that's filled with paint that disappears as it dries. It would not harm the paint and would not leave a trace after 24hrs. It would be able to withstand...

Currently electric cars use one big motor to run all four wheels as a replacement of the engine. Why don't they use 4 DC brushless motors? 1 on each wheel would make the car more efficient, also using fuel cell stacks would solve power problems, plus because there DC brushless heat output would be reduced. My theory is that a dc motor could be made so that the middle bit with the turns of wire could be inside the wheel itself with an outer casing with the magnets on that the final...

I just bought a dodge hemi express it's a very nicely built eye catcher. A week ago my father asked me if he could borrow my 24" extention ladder. So I went to load it in my new truck and I found a prob. I could lean it on my tailgate or on the cab. Either way I'm looking at some pretty ugly scratches. So like everyone does I put a rag between the ladder and the cab and tied it down. As I was driving I thought "there's got to be a better way". My truck would look rediculous with a headache...

Now cars are having dvd's n psx's etc. built in the backseat.. I thought maybe some custom built console could be made specifically for in car entertainment. When you stop at a garage to fill up the car you get the opportunity to download stuff into console, could be a game, the news, a movie or whatever.. maybe have a touch screen menu beside the petrol/gas tank so you could pick what you want and pay for it when you pay for the petrol.. would be nice on long journeys to stop the kids...

As a working mother of three, I do not ever leave my home without my trusty companion: my purse! Although I own an SUV, there never seems to be an appropriate place to put my purse! Don't auto manufacturers realize that a very large majority of their consumer base consists of purse-toting women? How about expanding the area beneath the glove compartment to hold our purse?

It's a circular pice of plastic cut out with a rubber rim on the outer edge of the circle and attached to it is a handle in the middle. This is to keep the car's rims clean when u spray the tire shine on the tires.

Make a device for cars that can signal to the drivers turning right onto a street that people in the left turn lane (across from people turning right) are going to make a U-Turn, not just turn left. I have seen sooo many near misses because drivers don't realize someone is about to make a U-Turn instead of a regular left turn.

Over ten years ago the ultimate fluid drive bicycle was invented by Douglas Brackett. This idea will transform that invention into the ultimate augmented drive cycling machine for commuters by introducing a micro-engine driven hydraulic rotory pump that feeds the same hub motor as does the variable piston pump driven by the pedal cranks. A control/relief valve will govern the top speed to meet legal requirements regardless the engine speed.

Use the ever expanding Sahara desert to construct a 13.5 mile tall pyramid of sand composite with a 1/2 square mile launch pad at the top. It would require the movement of around 3,200 cubic miles of sand that the 3.5 million square mile desert could easily supply. After initial construction costs for space launch would become minimal and could be used for centuries to come.
