  I don't want to give you a false hope. What you are asking can be close to impossible, however if you are serious about your target you can try something. There is very little chance that you'll be noticed sending e-mails or twitting or messaging to facebook or anything of that kind. There are hundreds of people like you. It's physically impossible to read all that "white noise".
  You can try to search people databases like http://www.usa-people-search.com/. I'm not saying that particularly this one will help but there is a chance that at least one database have a phone number. That's probably the only way to start communication - over the phone, but you have to think about the strategy first, how to start the dialog, so that you are not immediately cut off. If you don't find a number in the databases there are private detectives which have much better access to the people's private information than you. Most of them won't want to help you in your question but you may find one who will.
