Sensor to identify drugged drinks
The Flash 9.0.0 plugin or higher is required to view content on this page, but was not detected on your browser.
The idea is to create a small easy to use sensor that can be dipped into a drink to determine if it has been spiked with the date rape drugs GHB and ketamine.
The sensor will be able to detect the colorless and odorless drug by the way it will change the optical properties of the drink. A 'signal change' caused by how light will move through the drugged drink will trigger an alarm, which could be a beeping noise or flashing light for use in loud, dark environments.
