My idea is to combine a lawn mower with a sprayer. There should be a gallon tank at the front or side of mower with a pump to spray fertilizer, bug spray, water, etc. while you're mowing the lawn.

I suggest coating keyholes with luminous material to find them easily in the dark. This would eliminate the need in torch or any external light source.

I want my house to repel heat in summer and absorb heat in winter. My idea is to create paint (or vinyl siding) that becomes darker when it is cold and lighter when it is warm. With such paint I would accomplish my goal.
