My idea is to have a dual station faucet knob. On faucets that have two knobs, they could be replaced with two two station knobs. A person could prevent cross-contamination by turning the faucet on (with dirty hands) with one (probably the lower) set of knobs, wash, then turn the faucet off with the uncontaminated upper set. On faucets that have only one knob, replace it with one with two stations.

People in sunny countries living on top floors with sun blazing their roof experience harshness of summer all their lives. If the top floor roof is made of two slabs i.e. one cheaper and another stronger (for terrace) on top of it with no walls between them for air circulation, then those people will live a cooler life. This idea can be used by builders for selling their top floors at proper rates.

people sometimes tend to use too much toilet paper at one time. I worked at a state park this summer and was putting eight to ten roles of toilet paper in the bathrooms a day, and most of it ended up on the floor. If people had to push a button to get toilet paper then i think it would save some. Even if it was motion censored i think it would help to limit people on how much they use.

Ever been to a carwash where your car was washed, waxed, AND DRIED without a human hand touched the car. Same principle.... The walls (and if necessary, the ceiling) of the bathroom would be waterproof. There would be waterjets in the ceiling and the walls. At the push of a button, the water jets would wet the place down, then send out deodorizing and bacteria-fighting soap, then a rinse down that sent everything down the drains in the floor, then a blow-dry from ceiling fans, etc....

Several years ago I had severe athletes foot disease and in spite of the anti-fungal creams I couldn't get rid of it until my Dr. told me to dry my toes with a hair dryer. I did and within days the fungal condition disappeared. Why not develop an enclosure for the toes and tip of foot, provide separation between toes and blow warm air around there til the moisture (after a shower) disapates in about 10 secs. In addition, have a vent that adjusts to dry off the lower body. Nice!!

Have you guys ever used ear buds? Those things that we use to clan the ears (they have cotton swabs at either end..ring a bell?) well I have often had this difficulty which is that when I use them for some reason the cotton starts to unwind.... and so I have to rotate it in the opposite direction. Now if the company that is manufacturing it were to print on the plastic stick the direction of the motion in which the swab has to be rotated to clean the ear it would make my life easier....

EVERYONE HATES sorting socks. Don't you. Well, my idea is a bag that is made of mesh, it is sewed to hold 10 pairs of sock/10 seperate compartments. You place one pair of socks in each compartment and just throw the whole thing in the washer, it can also go into the dryer. Then when you're done cleaning them, you just take them out of each compartment.

This sensor "looks" for anything inside the oven before heating. For example, when you go to preheat your oven the sensors automatically detect any object in there and will beep at you and also indicate it on the screen. I don't know about you, but I have put something in the oven that was not meant to be there and next time I went to heat it, not realizing the thing is still in there, and moments later I smelled a burning smell and then opened the oven only to find the object burned for...

Now we all know there are "can dispensers" that are more like "can shelves" that go inside a fridge. But what about a real Dispenser that dispenses/rolls your favorite beer and soft drinks out the front with a push of a button.
