Why not take into account bone conduction phenomenon and create a telephone for hearing impaired people? The handset in such a case will have a pulsator which, when placed on specific areas of the head, will send vibrations directly to the speech center of the brain. I would like to see cell phones that have a panic button that could be activated if someone was being attacked. The button would be textured so that it could be identified by feel even if it couldn't be seen. Would it not be great to have a small software on phone which would auto reply to the ignored number the owners unavailability to answer their call. It may even give out a signal as in the phone is reachable! So next time I want to ignore a particular number... I just add him to ignore list.

Would it be nice to just look at your watch whenever your cellphone rings. The watch will have bluetooth capability that talks with the phone and displays the CALLER or the MESSAGE sender (better yet with the message) before I even take my phone out from my bag or pocket.

When you put a call thru to someone whose line is busy or they have call waiting but choose not to answer your call why not have some device to automatically connect you to their answering machine, or maybe this is already available.
