Text condensing for text messaging. I've heard of predictive text for cell phones, this is kinda the reverse. I've often found myself running out of text space and going back and condensing/abreviating words to squeeze a couple more in. This wouldn't be a problem if there were more spaces available for text per message, OR, if there was a text condensing tool on my phone.

I think there may be a telephone with a scent emitter. The emitter contains a lot of scent of flowers, and on the screen of the telephone, we can find a list of scent. You can set the telephone number to the list. For example, the number of your girlfriend ok! certainly the scent of rose or other scent of flower what she like; if your classmates maybe the scent of lily, and so on... Then when you hear the calls, if you feel the scent of rose, ok it's her, no doubt! I think this...

Several times while reading through a message on a mobile display, u have to scroll down the display. Instead it would be convenient if the display were strechable to accomodate the additional info. Or the display automatically adjusted its font so as to accomodate the entire message.

I would like my cell phone to have its display be adjustable. That way, when I want to read an SMS, I don't have to put my glasses to see the message. This idea could be applicable for any LCD device.

Nokia have barcode technology available for their phones, however I have researched its usage which is fairly limited. My idea would be for the likes of large brand name mobile companies to work in conjunction with large retail food outlets i.e. Wallmart(ASDA), Tesco. A bluetooth signal could run in the store which will be picked up by customers' mobiles on entering the shop. As well as showing special offers it could open the access to their database of barcodes for all of its products...

I was reading a post by someone back in 2005 and some responses doubting the possibility of electric current flowing say for example from a phone charger to a phone. This is a revolutionary concept that researchers have already started working on and I have done some research on this and it is possible. When two coils have electromagnetic fields with the same resonant frequency (product of induction of the coils and the capacitance plates attached to each end), current can flow from on...

Just a simple idea for mobile phones. You and your friends are out, you run out of credit on your mobile phone. You friend says that's okay you give me the cash and I can send you some of my credit from my phone. Your friend calls a special number with passkey etc, types in the phone number he wants to credit, and it's all done. I call it "cross crediting of phones". and that's it

Dont you hate it when the person you're talking to on the other line speaks in a loud tone? How about a phone that can lower the volume of loud sounds to a normal level automatically?

Simple idea, cannot believe Radio Shack does not have one on the shelf. I have been shopping online and cannot find to purchase for fathers day. OK, a simple device which connects to your cordless phone handset and is a stylish box with a nice sounding speaker or two built into it. Only controls are volume and squelch to eliminate feedback. Now at Christmas you can bring the phone to the group instead of having to take the group to the base unit. Da, why does this not exist - or is it me...
