Buying clothes in the internet is a great idea but there is the disadvantage of not being able to try the stuff on. I suggest creating online shop where you could put your measurements and a computer program would generate a virtual model of your body. You could also create your own virtual wardrobe there, fill it in with items from different on-line shops and try them on for size, style, color to make sure that the clothes would be exactly what you wanted.

Police may soon be able to use a new automated graffiti identification software to help them keep tabs on gang territory and drug deals. The system will be able to compare photos of graffiti to identify which gang, and sometimes even which individual, created it. Identification will be based up on constant key points in the design and will use crowdsourcing to help decipher unintelligible text. An accuracy rate is supposed to be about 65 percent and higher.

My idea is to create a mobile application integrated with a database of public lavatories within a city/country/state/etc. After you define your location the application will return the list of the nearest lavatories. It seems to be very convenient. By the way, the database should be updated on a daily basis.

I've just came across the idea of creating a laptop computer that can be rolled into a cylindrical shape The concept consists of a flat panel display wrapped around a central cylindrical column. A power plug detaches from the top of the column, the power cord also acts as the carry strap, and the speakers and USB ports are stored inside the column. Once rolled out flat, the device can be used as a 17 inch tablet computer or can be tilted into a notebook shape, with the lower half...

We've got smart phones, but what about smart credit cards that, like wallet-sized Lilliputians, tie you down when you're about to spend too much? If in your travels, you find yourself overspending on certain things - in my case, Starbucks iced coffee - this new money management tool could be useful. Through a service called inControl, you can tell your bank to decline your credit card at restaurants after, say, $300 in lunches in a month. Ron Lieber of the New York Times reports that...

The idea is to create a new ring mouse. It will be worn on the hand and controlled by the thumb, using a new optical touch technology. The Ring mouse will weigh less than half an ounce and will have a wireless range of about 30 feet. The ring will be worn on the index finger, with the left and right click and touch control tracking arranged around the top of the ring and controlled by the thumb. Primarily intended for presentation controls, the new mouse will also be useful...

The handheld printer will use a combination of inkjets, optics, and software to print images onto any flat surface. The printer will use laser sensors to track the device's movement, measuring its location and speed. The software will interpret the sensors' data and use algorithms to determine which spurt of ink to send next as the user waves the printer over the material. This will allow the printer to print on any size material, even material larger than the printer itself.

My problem is that I'm too lazy to cook for myself... eating in restaurants is expensive and fast food is not tasty and good for health. If you have similar problem then you'll like my idea. I suggest creating a web site where amateur cooks will sell dishes of their preparation. There will be an opportunity to find diet food, different national dishes, etc. The prices will be specified by sellers but they will always be able to feed other people even for free. Buyers will use...

Robot controlled by Americas Army 3 Game Software (AA3) that can be deployed anywhere in the world. The master of each robot is a real soldier controlling his robot far away from him while he's inside his office. To avoid ROE, this robot will have identification using MAC address bar coded on top of his head, on his back, on his left and right shoulder and on his right chest. This robot is equipped with assigned weapon (e.g. M16 M4 rifle, 50 Cal, Body armor, GPS, etc...). Here's how:...
