Unlike most waterproof cases, this one will be incredibly thin; so thin that it will be possible to use it in conjunction with another case. Made of polyurethane, it will be only 0.25mm thick yet will remain waterproof down to 32 feet. A clear acrylic panel will cover the phone's display, and the touchscreen functions will be unaffected.

The device will use a Bluetooth signal to prevent cell phone use, including texting and apps, while the vehicle is in motion. Once the device is installed in the car it will disable cell phone functions automatically, and will send an email alert if it detects tampering. It will allow cell phone operation if the user is wearing a hands-free headset.

Have you ever been barbecuing or travelling with you bike or done some other outdoor activity, and you looked at the overcast sky worrying when exactly it was gonna start raining? Well, when the rain finally hits you, it has already been falling for some time (a minute or possibly more). So I'm wondering if it's possible to create a cheap device that'll detect the exact moment the rain starts falling and warn you. A minute advance notice can be extremely valuable - you can evacuate...

Using your average plasma screen you provide extra plasma inside and a screen that is easily self repairable (more stretchy), and you get a way to use your hands or any other tools to make artistic expressive designs. You switch off the power and get back on for a new, blank canvas of plasma.

A rubber snap on case that protects the corners while you can still use it rather than completely cover it up since only the corners will hit the ground and just about every electronic device will break when it impacts with the ground or floor. Everything from any kinds of cameras, MP3 Players, CD Players, portable devices of all sorts (or non-portable for safety sake) like TV's or DVD players etc. Anything that will break would simply be covered much like a woman's bra with connections...

If you have all ranges of speakers around you from tweeters then mid-range then woofers and subwoofers you can only surround yourself with special audio effects which would be to have moving speakers. If you have a revolving speaker throwing undistorted sound around a room it will literally throw it's own voice and complete a surround sound system by adding sound or noise from (seemingly) all directions at once. There may also be other arrangements for speakers that spin or move to add to...

If you've ever played Wii Sport, you'd know that a lot of kinetic energy is wasted while playing this game. If energy converting devices can be made into the remote (maybe make the whole thing a bit longer to fit the device in), then the remote can convert the kinetic energy into electrical energy. This can be linked to a dry cell holder where the cells can be charged directly from the remote. And this can also be appliable for other Wii games, though those games must involve a lot of...

Several times while reading through a message on a mobile display, u have to scroll down the display. Instead it would be convenient if the display were strechable to accomodate the additional info. Or the display automatically adjusted its font so as to accomodate the entire message.

Exactly like the uses of the product scanner the store gives you for a bridal or baby registry, but smaller, affordable, and can be used at any store. Then when you are at the bookstore or department store, see something you are interested in but aren't going to purchase, just scan the barcode and the item is added to your list. The scanner has an accompanying website for you to access your lists, with item images, the price, and what store it is from. You can sort the products and...

I was just thinking about the future of Flat Screen TV's. Understanding that more screens are being made out of plastic emulsions gave me an interesting idea. Most of us understand the concept of a LCD clock that you see through. Well if you filled the clock with color dots this would create a very thin color TV. About the size and weight of two pieces of paper. The problem is it would have to work one-hundred percent of the time. Otherwise you would begin to see through the screen. ...
