My great problem is that I'm constantly "feeding" washing machines with my cell phones, watches, keys, etc. My idea is to provide laundry rooms or washing machines themselves with X-ray or some other method to detect electronic devices before they start running.

The device will use a Bluetooth signal to prevent cell phone use, including texting and apps, while the vehicle is in motion. Once the device is installed in the car it will disable cell phone functions automatically, and will send an email alert if it detects tampering. It will allow cell phone operation if the user is wearing a hands-free headset.

There's an entire generation out there that would desperately need mobile phones, but they are more or less barred from their use. I'm talking about elderly people who would love to have a mobile for certain situations, but today's phones are so small and the buttons even smaller that they simply can't use them. What I am thinking of is a simple device with just a couple of picture buttons - one for calling the doctor, one for a taxi, one for the grand daughter etc. The grand children...

No more having to guess when your show will come back on and you can run to the bathroom and do any activity if we could see how long the commercials were before the show comes back on. We could hear an audible ten second countdown to show restart to return on time. This would be preferable to the commercial cut out of today since we might actually want to see certain commercials.

If you can't hear well or hardly at all then placing a set of head phones over hearing aids doesn't work. Either you can't understand it at all or you hear nothing but distortion and definitely not quality stereo. If we made hearing aides that had wires (or wireless transmission) to directly plug into all audio equipment then the hearing impaired could have a great full stereo sound and quality for their hearing enjoyment. Since you can't simply place head phones over hearing aids then you...

Currently companies sell GPS locating devices for vehicles, so the police know where your car is when it's lost. What if you were able to buy penny size locators for everything you own? You could put them on your bike (or could put it on your lost bike), that canoe that traveled down stream without you, that 10 foot model rocket that caught a huge gust of wind, your dog or cat, your boat, family heirlooms, cell phone, credit card, purse, or even your secret diary that was blown away in the...

Introduce digital cameras with built in gags or funny sounds. The gag button could be pressed before the picture is taken as a novel alternative to everyone saying 'cheese'. Camera owners could download refresher gags and noises free from the web.

Someone just drove through my apartment parking lot with a half wave 'fiberglass' CB antenna (fishing pole length) mounted on their truck. When manufacturing the antenna, why not add the fishing line rings and fishing reel mounts into the fiber glass to create a dual purpose product (added value). I just did a google search and found that some people have wrapped wire around a fishing pool to make a cheap CB antenna but found nothing marketed the other way around -- a factory made CB...
