  Residential Rental Service business.

  Business Overview

A residential rental service can be operated from a small office location, and does not require a lot of investment capital to start. Once the business has been set in motion, the fastest way to get landlords to list their properties for rent with the service is to provide the service for free. This approach saves the landlord money by not having to advertise their properties for rent. It also provides you with a method to acquire a few hundred residential rental listings for the rental service very quickly. A fee paid by the person seeking the rental will generate revenues for the business. This can best be achieved by charging potential clients a membership fee to gain access to your rental listings. The fee would be small, perhaps $100, and the membership would last for a month or two, which should provide the client with ample time to search and secure a new rental accommodation.
